「Welcoming staff. Lovely room. Can’t fault. Slightly tired in places but overall very nice. Would return.」

「A lovely place to stay , all the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived . Location wise really good close to the local pubs and restaurants. Located not far from Leigh train station so handy if you want to go on the train , we had parking at the hotel . Would recommend staying」

「Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Better fan needed in rooms or AC would be great. If weather became bad. Only terrestrial tv channels. Boring. Sky would be a bonus.」

「Had to pay for parking each night. Room was dated. No full English paid between £7-£9 pound for breakfast to find out that in the mornings it would be a toasties coffee and fruit to take away. The restaurant was only Indian food and empty and closed most of time. They did not say on website there is no bar. When we arrived they said it was a dry bar no alcohol! Would not book here again! Asked for wine glass got told we don’t usually hand out in case we steal it! Eventually they gave me a glass....

「We had a great stay at The Beaches Guest House. The owners are a delight and the property is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well appointed. The breakfast was also very good. Would not hesitate to return.」

「Breakfast service didn’t start till 9am which was a bit late for our plans. Room was basic but clean」

「Staff were friendly on arrival and checked in with no issues. The room was perfect for our needs and clean upon arrival. The mattress was a little hard for my liking. Didn’t have breakfast due to the limited options and timings. Plenty of nice places to eat in the high street.」

「Lovely room clean and very comfortable bed food was lovely staff very friendly and helpful had a great time we will be coming back soon.」

「A real home from home. Sam thought of everything you could possibly need. We would definitely book again.」
