"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. Itâs located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants.
I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasnât prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy.
I found that very strange, I couldnât find a Word about...

"FĂŒr eine Nacht super in Ordnung. Wie zuvor viele geschrieben haben, riecht es sehr nach Rauch. Und direkt an der StraĂe ist es sehr laut, aber es war an fĂŒr sich ok."

"The owners were suuuppppper nice, had tips for us, always responding and helpful. The place is in gorgeous quiet area. You cannot walk from there anywhere, you need your transportation. We were on motorcycles - gas station was 3 min away, right next to it was a beautiful grocery store, that can get you started. Then you just have to know the area and what you want to visit. Town is very close as well, I think like 10 min, with some cafes and restaurants but we weren't there for that, just aware...

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, vor allem im Bad kann absolute WohlfĂŒhlatmosphĂ€re auf. Nicht ganz so schön fanden wir das Schlafzimmer im Keller, was aber von der Raumaufteilung her gar nicht anders machbar ist. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen:) "

"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kĂŒmmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten GĂ€ste sind.
Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und FrĂŒhstĂŒcken da.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Der Vermieter Ralph ist sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt viele tipps was man unternehmen kann oder auch gute lokale um zu essen. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Liegt nahe chemnitz und 25 minuten zum sachenring dss war ja unser Anliegen "
