"One thing a lot of reviewers mention is ongoing problems with the public hot tub. This trip was no different as the public tub was offline for a pump issue. Not a huge deal for me as I had a jetted tub room. Everything was really nice except a few things in my room like a broken outlet plate and the seam between the wall and the jetted tub."

"Wish the smoking area was further from the front door. Not first thing I want to smell in the morning and when I walk out the door get a huge puff of smoke blown in my face so I smell disgusting the rest of the day."

"For the price it was ok. Tub wouldn't drain, would fill all the way up to top after 2 quick showers. Told front desk and they sent housekeeping(like what are they going to do). Housekeeping didn't do anything so we stood in 20" of water every shower. Breakfast ended at 9 which I thought was early and this caused a massive influx of people about 845 , so waited to get our waffle or eggs but it was hot and decent. Front desk gal very friendly"

"Our stay was a good one:) The amenities were nice , as described . The staff was friendly, and welcoming. Front desk staff was very helpful too ! Family friendly place . Walmart was close by Overall good customer service, we recommend this for anyone who wants economical and a safe place to stay ."
