"Charging $30+ for parking a day when the parking lot is closed due to paving is pretty crazy. The parking available was a nice little walk and always full. Also cars were parking in areas that weren’t spots so it made getting around and out nearly impossible. No mention of this online and still charged for parking. Staff were all amazing. The hotel itself is under construction??? Not in great condition at all. "

"Great place to stay for universal and epic parks. The pools were great and the property has lots of good food options and bowling. The actual rooms were ok at best. We stayed in a family suite in one of the buildings by the pool (I think called outdoor access room) and it was right on the freeway and was very loud. It was crammed for a family of five but would be ok for four or less. The beds were comfortable but pull-out sofa was rock hard. "

"Very disappointing experience. We had a serious issue with our room door and the staff never properly solved the situation or offered real help until several hours later. We were left for hours without access to our belongings, received multiple promises that were never fulfilled, and due to the hotel’s negligence we ended up missing our flight. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff."

10/10 Excellent

"From the front desk to the pool bartender, everyone was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with an outlet beeping, yes beeping. Within 15 min of notifying the front desk, maintenance came and replaced it. Wonderful experience and I would definitely rent a room again. Housekeeping didnt speak English but was able to work around that. "
