Set right on beautiful Copano Bay, this nautical-themed beach house is a vacationer's dream! Enjoy access to the water right in your backyard or venture out to discover a variety of popular local attractions, including several parks, the Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, the Festival Grounds at Rockport Harbor for spectacular year-round events, and the Texas Maritime Museum, all less than seven miles from your door.

The great room boasts a soaring ceiling, a full, open-concept kitchen for whipping up all your favorite recipes, a dining area for mealtimes or rainy-day board games, and a living area with a TV and a large sectional. Outside, take a walk out on your dock and cast a line or do some crabbing. The pier and dock have lights for after sundown. Then fire up the gas grill to prepare your catch of the day and dine alfresco at the picnic table.

Central air-conditioning is included to make your stay perfect.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
