Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nina was amazing! She was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions and needs. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed fishing during our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Location is perfect! Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants & boutiques are all nearby. Great pool & bbq area. Grounds are perfect for walking. Condo is extremely clean.

My family and I had a great stay at the Kontiki condo. The condo was very clean and was very nice. We stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and quiet. My kids enjoyed the piers on the property and liked having their own room. The only issue we had was a remote for the cable box was missing in the spare bedroom but my son didn’t watch very much tv in his room so it really wasn’t an issue. If I was to visit Rockport-Fulton again I would definitely like to stay at this condo again.
