Meticulously kept 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms cozy home. 1.2 miles away from the historical downtown of Rockville. Located close to Turkey Run State Park and Raccoon Lake. Half a mile away is Billie Creek Covered Bridge famously known for the Covered Bridge festival. A little town of Rockville has numerous antique stores. Excellent location for bike rides and walks and stargazing from the back patio. We are close to Shades state park. (WAVELAND) Where there is a large variety of activities to enjoy. Amazing hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, picnic areas, swimming, boating and so much more. 40 minutes from Indianapolis. You will not be disappointed. Perfect for our family!

This place worked perfect for our family to stay overnight so that we could go hiking at area state parks! Clean, well stocked, easy check in, and all in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great a lot for Turkey run visit

This is a beautiful home with little extras that made the stay perfect. We stayed one night and hiked Turkey Run State Park which was just a short 20 minute drive.

Quiet, well maintained place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained, and the hosts were great. They were very accommodating to our needs and dogs. Wonderful location, only a few minutes to anything in Rockville and a short drive to state parks.

Great getaway!

It was a beautiful weekend getaway for my husband and I on our 30th anniversary! The hosts were so nice and when I asked for a fire pit to have a romantic fire at night they did not hesitate it and had it all set up and ready to get when we got there. Would highly recommend this vrbo!

Great visit at Covered Bridge Festival

The location is perfect because it’s close to activities but far enough away to be quiet. It was impeccably cleaned, nicely decorated, the kitchen had every item you could ever want, high quality furniture. It’s a total gem!

Great Place!

We stayed here with our dog to go hiking and attached a wedding. It was perfect to get to both Shades and Turkey Run. The house was gorgeous and comfortable. Would recommend.

Perfect weekend retreat

This lovely house was even better in person than in the pictures; we couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Good/easy communication with the hosts (friendly too!). The house was clean, comfortable and so cozy. Very relaxing to have a cup of coffee out on the back porch too, especially after it snowed. Great location for visiting Turkey Run and the historic covered bridges. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

We had to book last minute due to cancelation of another booking and I am so happy we ended up here! Communication was prompt, quiet neighborhood and very nice place to stay. We did a tour of the county’s covered bridges and some hiking in the area. Overall highly recommend!

Home away from home

The location was ideal, beautiful quiet neighborhood close to delicious and fun restaurants that are very dog accommodating since we never go anywhere without our dog, groceries, recreation with a few minutes drive, yet far from any road noise. The home is equipped with everything you may need, they seem to have thought of it all including small touches like individual snacks in case you need a quick pick me up. We will definitely be back!

Quiet lovely place for family gathering

We love the location with the greenery of a small forest to see from balcony and outside bedroom window. So relaxing are the vibes in this beautiful and very clean house. It was a good halfway from East coast meeting place to meet the other grandparents who had our mutual grandkids for vacation and also meet other relatives from Indiana.

This property was very nice with large rooms, including 2 master bedrooms with full bathrooms and walk-in closets. The view from the deck was relaxing. If you bring your pet, please note a pet fee and damage fee are charged on top of the rental price. It was a very nice area to walk our small dog. The owner was friendly and helpful. His home is located on the same property. Check out was easy, just empty the trash, place used towels on the bathroom floor, and contact the owner. We enjoyed our stay!

Could not be more pleased!

This stay was everything you'd hope for in a VRBO experience. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very homey. The location is great and very easy to find. One thing we didn’t see mentioned is the wonderful town that's just perfect for a nice stroll. We are very, very happy with this destination. The hosts did a great job.
