「I accidentally left my credit card in the room this morning when check out and informed the hotel staff right away. They responded very quickly, located the card, and arranged to mail it back to me as I was already traveling.
Special thanks to Maggie for her professional and helpfulness. Excellent service and much appreciated.」

「The room was great with lots of unexpected amenities including bathrobe, slippers, an umbrella, and a different treat every day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well lit. The restaurant next door was convenient and delicious, and the valet service timely. As special shout out to Tyler Cole at the front desk who patiently, and I do mean patiently, helped me print a vital document.」
