“This house was the perfect choice for us. It gave us the opportunity to reconnect with my family that lives in Tx. We had a bbq, friends over to visit, played games and talked for hours. It was the perfect place to relax and put your feet up. The house itself was larger than anticipated and absolutely spotless when we arrived. Ty Jason. We’ll be talking again 😊”

“We had a fabulous stay, thank you. Everything was excellent. Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. Were this property not 5000 miles / 20 hours travelling away, we would definitely go back. Mike Cahill England”

“We enjoyed the stay just some certain things we disliked. We couldn’t be loud in the day time because neighbors would complain about music being too loud. This isn’t really a place to kick back and enjoy with friends with music and hangout. The hot tub does not work same temperature as pool so false advertising. The barbecue pit works but we had to buy our own propane tank in order to use the grill.”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“Everything about the property itself was very nice. The location is on the south side of town and a little sketchy in appearance but we felt safe. This area is being revitalized and will soon be a major draw.”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.”
