「I had a very enjoyable stay at Sleepy Bear last week. I was there for a week long motorcycle tour of the area. I was able to park my bike outside my ground floor room. The room was spacious and clean. HVAC worked fine and the beds are comfortable. Large, newer, flat screen tv was nice. After a long day of riding I was able to sit on the back porch of the room and relax to a gentle rolling stream right behind the motel. 「The room was clean and beds were comfy. Really no issues with the room itself. The property looks rough from the outside but the location is great. Overall a decent stay for the price. I'd stay again.」

「This used to be a great place to stay. Now rude Jamaican folks own it. They roll their eyes are very rude. The one cursing may had tattoos all over her head and face and was rude aswell. The place is falling apart. The balcony next to us has some gangsters from Memphis and Mississippi. They left blunt roaches and rolling papers everywhere, they fed the bears slim jims, the trash and cigarettes over the balcony onto the ground and in the river. Tv didn't even work.
