“Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. “Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings.”
