“Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.”

“You can only sleep 5 adults at the most. The "human dog bed" can only be used for a child. There is 1 King, 1 double, 1 love seat sofa sleeper that can only sleep 1 person. The love seat sofa was terribly uncomfortable so I would recommend to only use for small children. The kitchen is fine if you plan to eat out or bring food in. There is no cutting board or mixing bowls or bakeware so as long as you are not planning to prepare food the kitchen would be fine. The property was……

“Second time in this room. Like location, room needs help. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. I was never able to find local channels on TV. Could not connect to WiFi.”

“We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!”

“The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!”

“The check-In process was seamless and the door code lock worked perfectly.The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything promised was delivered. The communication with Heather was fantastic. If had a question she had an answer immediately. The hot tub was perfect for what we needed. When you're 60 and walk around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway our old muscles were in need of help. “I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.”
