Mitigé

Face à la gare pour le côté pratique. Moins pratique l'heure pour avoir sa chambre est fixée à 17 heures. Acueil trés variable selon la personne présente : de l'exécrable au trés sympathique. Petit déjeuner trés correct avec produits de qualité. Quartier déservi par les bus et heureusement car il n'y a rien autour. Restauration limitée au fast food.

Pas d’internet alors que nous avions une réunion à préparer TV : vraiment trop petite pour la taille de la chambre. La télécommande ne fonctionnait pas du lit, il fallait se lever et s’approcher pour changer les chaînes. Si internet avait fonctionné nous aurions mieux vu la tv depuis notre iPad ! Salle de bains: baignoire = parfait mais le savon était à hauteur d’homme alors ok pour pour prendre une douche mais pas de rideau de douche ! Pas de prise de courant à la tête de lit : pour quelqu’un qui doit brancher un appareil la nuit (apnées) = impossible Ascenseur : très juste pour 2 personnes avec chacun une valise cabine Habitués des hôtels 3 étoiles, et aussi de quelques Kyriad sommes vraiment très déçus

hotel conforme à mes attentes, de plus à souligner un accueil par le personnel très professionnel et très convivial ce qui est pas toujours le cas. Personnel souriant et disponible. De plus parking public gratuit devant l'hôtel. Super séjour et aucun souci même si la clim ne fonctionnait pas, nuit fenêtre ouverte et aucun souci.

A cause des horaires de bus, j'ai du attendre dans un bar proche, de 15 h à 17h , l'ouverture de l'hotel pour déposer mes bagages; cela n'avait pas été clairement signalé lors de la réservation. C'est très désagréable. Finalement la nuitée se résume à 17h00-10h00 le lendemain. C'est de + en + court.

Accueil agréable et professionnel, les communs sont vastes et propres. les chambres sont correctes literie bonne et salle de bain propre. le tout reste dans son jus tout de même. le petit déjeuner est varié, cependant pour le prix des prix de meilleurs qualité pourraient être proposés. face à la gare sncf bus pour circuler. calme malgré le quartier. Attention à l odeur de cigarette froide

Hôtel vieillissant mais bien entretenu. Le seul bémol est l odeur persistante du tabac dans le hall.... Une horreur pour un non fumeur... Faites quelque chose !

Confortable et bon prix pour un court séjour

Hôtel propre réservé pour une nuit. Personnel très sympathique. Cadre et confort suffisant pour un court séjour à Rodez avec des prix raisonnables. Pratique si vous venez de la gare ou si vous avez une voiture. Parking à côté. Le centre est à 20 min.
