「入住當下看到窗外的風景真的是非常滿意，細看後發現沙發使用感很重、不是很乾淨，廁所只有非常小瓶的備品（洗髮沐浴2in1），重點是洗澡途中沒有熱水！退房當日才收到酒店的email，告知使用熱水超過30分鐘就會沒有熱水使用，但當日使用不到30分鐘。 在凌晨一點的遇到按門鈴的惡作劇，使我們兩個女孩非常的害怕！」

「The location was central, close to the Old Town and walking distance to the port. However, the bed was too soft and my mother has a bad back so we slept on the floor. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. I went hiking to Pulpit Rock and got back pain after two nights of poor sleep. There was easy street parking but you need to pay, the host didn't mention it so we got a ticket. The bathroom was tiny but the living room was spacious.」

「We loved the location and view across the water to Stavanger. It was very clean and came with all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were responsive to our questions. We came to Stavanger to meet family we had not seen in 40 years - and this was the end of a longer vacation. "It is one of the most horrible experience in my life! The hotel is so dirty that have spider in the room. Even you requested for a room cleam up service, they just change your rubbish bin and fix the bed. They won’t clean the floor (even many dust and hair on the floor), won’t help you to change cups (even you have used and write a memo to remind them) and they won’t refuse any tissue! I definitely won’t stay here again and the only thing that have a credit here is the breakfast, it is beyond my expected."
