Lovely lake getaway

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment right on the lake. We loved the outdoor seating and the many amenities including kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, and yard games. The inside was comfortable and completely updated.

Fishing weekend

We had a great trip fishing on Beaver Lake. When we were not fishing with our guides we were able to take out the rowboat and kayaks and fish around the property.

Live the lake life!

What could be better than walking out the door and enjoying the beautiful Beaver Lake?! We had a great time exploring with the kayaks, paddle boards, floats and more, all of which are included with your stay. The home was super clean and comfortable. It’s about 10-15 minutes to restaurants, shopping and activities in Rogers, and less than 20 minutes to Prairie Creek Marina for renting a pontoon boat for the day. Our family of four had a wonderful vacation together at Richard and Jina’s place!

Adorable house on the lake

Our hosts did a fantastic job with preparing the home for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and felt very true to lake home decor, super cute. This vacation weekend was a big one for our family. Our youngest turned 16. She loves fishing and anything outdoorsy. The hosts provided kayaks, paddle boards, a row boat, fishing items, corn hole, an adorable tree swing, and so much more. There was literally never a shortage of fun family friendly activities. Our middle daughter, who moved to the area a year ago was able to join us. So besides the big huge fun 16th Birthday weekend, we got to spend an entire weekend with our middle baby as well,and they all had the best weekend. Thank you to the wonderful hosts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation and providing the best family vacation ever. I highly recommend this rental, if you want to be right on the water and have a ton of extra fun activities this is the spot!

Great Lake Place

Great place, right on the water for swimming/fishing/boating. We never got around to using the row boat or the kayaks, but spent a lot of time in the water and fishing.. That part was A+. It's in a cove of the lake so it wasn't constant boat traffic. Location is great, we love the Monte Ne area. Less than two minutes from the gas/station lake shop and the Monte Ne Inn (You have to eat there every time you visit this area, it's tradition). Felt pretty secluded but could be in Downtown rogers in 10 minutes. House was very clean and had tons of amenities. Tons of snacks, which we appreciated after all day outside hiking and swimming Two things I had "issues" with. Very minor but want to provide transparency. 1. The code for our door did not work when we got there. VRBO's messaging wasn't working on any device, luckily the host had provided his phone number. Richard came down with in two minutes of me contacting to fix the code and we got right in. No complaints here, stuff happens. 2. I guess I lack reading comprehension because I totally missed the part where this was a down stairs apartment and not the whole house. Slightly disappointing but that was 100% on me. However, we only ever saw our hosts when they were watering the plants or sitting on there porch. Had plenty of privacy. Only recommendation I would have on the split level apartment deal is to put a door at the bottom of the stairs to add extra privacy. Feel like my kids might have been too loud in that area if w
