This property is situated on the beautiful Spanish Costa Blanca in the city of Quesada. It is comfortably furnished with a fitted American style kitchen with all the modern facilities. It has a lovely sun terrace overlooking a private pool. Communal pool is 40 metres away. Situated on a large 248 square metre plot.

La marquesas Villa

This villa is ideal if you want a pool. The pool is spot on and clean and is in a perfect position for the sun all day. The villa is a little dated and is a bit mis match, it could would benefit from proper glassware instead of plastic glasses The lounge is lovely and comfy, internet is hit and miss because of the proximity in the hills. Bedrooms do need to be updated. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Overall the outside of the villa does make up for the interior and we did enjoy our time here.

Vacaciones Urbanización Quesada

El Chalet no esta mal y la Piscina Privada es un lujo. La casa tiene sus problemas. Wifi solamente funciona en el salón y no se que ocurre que los móviles se quedan sin cobertura (teníamos movistar, orange y mas móvil). Personalmente para mí es un problema ya que teletrabajo y no podía recibir llamadas y también me preocupaba no tener linea directa con mis padres ya mayores. La televisión es muy buena y puedes ver un motón de canales, si la pelicula de las cadenas españolas son extranjeras las tienes que ver en versión original. Aire Acondicionado solamente hay en el salón, las habitaciones a base de ventiladores (muchísima calor). La cocina esta muy bien pero le falta una cafetera. Limpieza impecable muy bien y los señores que te entregan llaves, solamente hablan ingles pero son muy amables. Para los españoles el pagar en libras es otro problema ya que cobran comisión de cambio. Terraza en planta baja y superior se le puede sacar provecho, están muy bien. Sin el problema del Wifi y el teléfono le daría de nota un notable alto (8 puntos) así lo dejo en un Bien (6). Recomendable

Highly recommended - real home away from home

Just returned from a week away and glad we chose this villa. Know the area well and was not disappointed with this villa, known locally as a 'blue-top'. We chose it because it had it's own pool, which was a real bonus as we had four days of beautiful weather. The villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped, with washing machine and even a dishwasher - although we didn't use as ate out mainly. There's plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade around the pool, inside courtyard on on the solarium, which gives great views over the Recorral. Unfortunately we arrived during the Gota Fria and had a couple of days of terrible storms, but was kept entertained with Sky channels including BT sports and Sky Cinema. The wifi coverage was great also and reached to the pool area. All in all we had a great week and can't thanks Carol and Geoff enough for making us welcome in their holiday home. We will definitely return!

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa . Perfect for a family holiday. Villa is well kitted out and clean. Car necessary. My only recommendation would be that it really needs air conditioning although fans are provided. Fantastic value for money.
