This villa is located on a cul-de-sac road overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course which is just a few minutes drive away. If privacy is important to you then you'll be happy to know that nobody overlooks this villa. The views are almost unrivalled with a fantastic panorama of whole of the Vega Baja.
As you enter the front gate of this detached villa, which is set on a 900m2 plot, you'll find private off-road parking with automatic gate, a large pool terrace with a 10x5m private swimming pool with sun-beds, covered BBQ, covered dining area and a neatly landscaped gardens with a long petanca court.
On the upper floor of the house, before entering the house, there is a really pleasant open terrace which is where the you'll enjoy those fantastic views. Upon entering the front door you'll be startled by the shear size of the large living room which features a high circular ceiling with chandeliers and comfortable lounge with TV and fireplace. Continuing on, the villa has a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast counter, a separate dining room with table and chairs for 6 guests. In the sleeping quarters all 3 bedrooms are of ample size and there are 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite)as well on the upper floor. The living room and bedrooms all have their own split air conditioning units.
On the ground floor level you'll be pleasantly surprised to find a games room which boasts a table tennis table and a wonderful pool table. Additionally there is TV, sofa and air conditioning. There is also a shower room downstairs which can be useful.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
