“This villa is ideal if you want a pool. The pool is spot on and clean and is in a perfect position for the sun all day. The villa is a little dated and is a bit mis match, it could would benefit from proper glassware instead of plastic glasses The lounge is lovely and comfy, internet is hit and miss because of the proximity in the hills. Bedrooms do need to be updated. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Overall the outside of the villa does make up for……

“Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay”

Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. ”

En la casa he echado de menos un aseo en la planta baja , cada vez que quería ir al baño tenía que subir 15 peldaños 😅y ya no soy una jovencita !De otra manera , había de todo lo necesario en la casa ! El Sr Robson enseguida me respondía por whatssap a cualquier duda que tuviese , un señor muy amable”

“We had a lovely stay here. Excellent position for restaurants and bars. We were permitted to stay on after normal check out. Whixh was very much appreciated as we had a late flight home.”

“Overall well worth the price paid, but when we have stayed at other villas in the past the keyholder always made contact on the first day or so to see if everything was ok but not here but we did have 2 contact numbers in case of any problems but we had no issues at all and would stay here again.”

“No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed ”

“The villa was on the outskirts of Torrevieja - we wished we'd hired a car as it was hot walking. Torrevieja centre & market were walkable. The villa is a quarter house and was spacious and well equipped. It was in a quiet area so good for relaxing. Good air conditioning & bathrooms with great showers. There was a Mercadona supermarket, bars, various restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk away. The Indian restaurant was very good but there was also Chinese, Mexican, Spanish, Mediterranean and……
