“The room, internet and reception staff were so great, oppose to the staff serving breakfast were terrible. They are unfriendly and unpleasant”

“the hotel here is very quick. only concern is the breakfast provided is too simple. lol”

“The hotel is very old. They’ve made recent renovations which were obvious but it could have used more updated appliances and amenities. The comforter was dirty with a stain on it. The tv was outdated and small. The bed was also very creaky and not terribly comfortable. The air conditioning in the room made a high pitched noise all night and the noise from loading trucks outside every morning was loud.”

“The rooms were very outdated and and badly in need of an upgrade. No air conditioning and it was so incredibly hot in our room sleeping was really difficult. Windows only opened a few inches and no way to get a breeze. The hotel provided a box fan but helped little.”

“This is THE perfect launching point for your CO adventures! Gorgeous view, friendly staff, safe, and steps from a park with a creek! Has the vibe of a bed-and-breakfast, for sure! Soak your feet in the water, enjoy the park, take a walk, yet be a mile from the city!”

“Room was good, property not fancy, however I would definitely stay here again. Good value for $. Just know shampoo provided, no soap. Breakfast was ok, no hot food, other than waffles. Again I would stay here again! Coopers restaurant across the street was good and reasonably priced.”

“I would have loved to stay here longer to take advantage of the great amenities and awesome location! This is a superb home base to explore Boulder and the surrounding areas, and you can come home at the end of the day to a hot tub & pool, a roaring firepit, and comfy seating indoors in the lodge with beer on tap. Apparently there’s also a slack line - we’ll definitely be back!”

“One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a yummy bonus. We were there Fri and Sat night and the person running the breakfast was on point and super kind. The room was quiet and we slept well. The parking is great being all around the building with easy access. My sister and I enjoyed it so much that when we come back to Boulder in a couple months for another event we set ourselves and other family up to stay……
