We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Clean! Nice staffs!”

“Camere pulite, personale molto cordiale e gentile e posizione dell'albergo ottima”

“We loved the location of this hotel. All of the historical landmarks are within walking distance . The hotel is amazing and interesting. Built in he 1400's as a home for a wealthy family. Huge beautiful Murano glass chandelier, frescoes, wood beamed ceilings, huge rooms and common areas, delicious breakfast included, a restaurant and bar.”

“Clean room and the staff was amazing! Breakfast was also great! Enjoyed our one night stay and I would recommend it to others”

“While rooms were clean , there is showing of wear , scratches on walls some fraying of carpets in hallways . Well stocked breakfast .”
