“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Lovely hotel. Walking distance to train station and lots of bars and restaurants. We wondered the streets and found a lovely park a couple of streets away with a playground and restaurant right in the park. Hotel was so beautiful and the breakfast was remarkable. Made to order cappucinos and a lovely couryard to enjoy.”

“Good location in Ravenna with plenty of restaurants and gelaterias nearby. Near cathedral of St Nicholas with it's amazing mosaics. Good breakfast included. Air conditioning in room was ineffective, although in their defense it was during the guest weather there in many, many years.”
