Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Il n'y avait ni électricité, ni chauffage dans la maison à notre arrivée le 26 décembre à 17h30. Il faisait 0 dehors et 2 dans la maison. Le compteur électrique n'arrêtait pas de disjoncter, nous n'avions donc aucun espoir de voir s'améliorer la situation. Pas de réseau pour téléphoner à Abritel, sur 5 téléphones un seul avait un peu de réseau. Nous avons réussi à contacter Abritel et fourni les pièces demandées (photos, facture, relevé bancaire) espérant qu'une solution de relogement nous serait proposée. Rien n'a été fait. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement à 19h30 en plein hiver, obligés de trouver une solution par nos propres moyens. C'est scandaleux.C'était ma première expérience avec Abritel, ce sera la dernière.
