“Gianluca ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Im italienischen Hauptferienmonat August kann das Parken problematisch sein. Damit wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten, hat Gianluca uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und das mit einer kleinen Sightseeing-Tour in der näheren Umgebung verbunden. Vom Haus sind es maximal 5 Gehminuten zum wunderschönen Naturstrand, der natürlichen Schatten bietet. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Daneben……

“We were a group of 15 family and friends visiting the Abruzzo region and Villa Carlucci was just perfect. We cooked as a group almost every night and the long table in the kitchen was perfect for all of us to gather around. Dr. Carlucci was wonderful - very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and areas to explore. The Villa and grounds were beautiful and very well kept and we loved our stay! Highly recommend!”

“mega Lage direkt am Meer. Das war natürlich das Highlight! Der Strand sehr sauber.. wenn man den Steinstrand nicht mag kann man 500 m weiter den Sandstrand genießen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Auch das man die Waschmaschine benutzen durfte war genial. Selbst Strand Sachen wie Bälle .. Sandelsachen und Schwimmbrett waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Kommunikation hat auf Englisch sehr gut……

“Es war einfach traumhaft, die Wohnung, die Aussicht, die Ruhe, der Pool, die Gastgeber….Die Casa della Zia liegt sehr abgelegen, aber es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, vor allen Dingen die Abende auf der Terrasse. Wenn wir nochmal in die Abruzzen fahren, dann auf jeden Fall zu Peter und Julie.”

“Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war uns zu ruhig. Da ich gehbehindert bin waren wir immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Beschreibung zum Steinstrand haben nicht gestimmt es war alles verwildert. Das beste war die Klimaanlage.”

Eine große und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, zwei Wohnzimmer, eine schöne Terrasse sowie die vier Badezimmer haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir selbst zu neunt noch bequem im Haus unterkommen konnten. “Nous nous sommes rendus dans les Abruzzes pour retrouver la famille.la maison est très bien placée entre montagne et mer et le beau temps au rendez-vous (entre 22et28 degrés).Le ménage mériterait d’être approfondie mais l’accueil a été très sympathique malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée, nous avons bien apprécié la bouteille de vin qui nous attendait ! La maison était très agréable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour”

“ c'est un très bel hôtel, chouette endroit. Le spa est un vrai plus. Il vaut mieux être en voiture, car c'est en flan de montagne et la navette dispo qu'a partir du mois de juin.
