“Appartement tres spacieux. Agréable d avoir 2 balcons..tres bien situe.”

“En general ha anat bé. Caldria millorar l'estat d'algunes instal·lacions una mica velles (persianes que no pugen fins dalt, el mini-golf). En l'habitació no hi havia TV. Manca d'entesa entre l'allotjament i Hotels.com (uns posen que l'impost municipal és 2 € per persona/nit i els altres a la seva informació posen 1 €). L'allotjament va ser comprensiu i va respectar el preu que ens havia donat l'intermediari. Els preus del restaurant una mica cars (esmorzar, 12,5 € i el sopar 30€). Pots menjar a……

“Kurtaxe für den, in der Beschreibung, angegebenen Zeitraum doppelt so hoch. Nur Dachluken und 1 Fenster vergittert, zurückgesetzt, mit Blick auf Dächer. Duscharmatur nicht einstellbar, defekt. Holzfussboden im Bad durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Mehrfachstecker für Strom hing an der Dunstabzugshaube freischwebend herunter. Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine nach dem zweiten Tag, ohne Begründung, entfernt. Beleuchtung für die bei Bedarf zu nutzende Küche nur an der Dunstabzugshaube. Geschirrausstattung……

“Trascorsi 15 gg. in una struttura con una vista sul mare eccezzionale. Comunicazione con Host buona con facilitazioni per orario nel chek-in e out. Soggiorno nel complesso buono anche se migliorabile in alcuni aspetti (pulizia, alcuni infissi che non si potevano aprire,piccole mancanze nella fornitura stoviglie)”

“Unser Urlaub war wunderschön und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat uns bereits vor unserer Reise kontaktiert und uns einige Tipps unterbreitet . Nachdem wir in Alghero am Flughafen unseren Mietwagen erhalten hatten , haben wir umgehend Frau Giuseppina kontaktiert , welche sich dann mit uns am Objekt getroffen hat um uns die Schlüssel der Wohnung zu übergeben. Diese Wohnung , welche zudem noch optimal liegt im Herzen von Alghero , war wirklich traumhaft, genau……

Apartment has all you need: living room plus kitchen with all amenities; three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and adequate wardrobes; four balconies. Clean and sufficient linen and towels were provided. Location is great, 5-10 minutes lovely walk to the historic sea coast, 2 minutes walk to the water line; surrounded by cafes, trattorias, supermarket. Hosts were great, both before and during stay. “Villa Arcadia è una casa di famiglia con tutti i confort per farti sentire come “a casa tua”. La proprietà è molto attenta e cortese oltre che sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La casa è è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi meta nella zona.”

“La casa è comoda perché si trova vicino al centro ed è circondata da negozi, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio vicino casa, anche se questo sembra un problema comune in qualunque zona di Alghero. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso e con la mia famiglia (moglie e due figli) siamo stati complessivamente bene. Comunque, l'appartamento necessita di qualche piccolo lavoretto di manutenzione e si nota che non è abilitato……

“From the moment we arrived to be greeted by our host they could not do enough for us. During the whole stay they were always there able to assist with any issues or concerns we may have had so so supportive. An arrival package of supplies from butter to milk to even wine awaited what a lovely touch. “La maison occupe le RDC de celle des propriétaires. Les photos publiées sur le site ne précisent pas complètement que la piscine est plutôt la leur. Nous n'y sommes allés que 2 fois en 15 jours. La semaine du 15 Août pendant notre séjour, les propriétaires étaient là avec leur famille. Ils sont cependant extrêmement gentils. Nous avons pu déguster les figues et les tomates du potager. Il me semble que l'annonce devrait être plus précise. La Sardaigne est magnifique et les Sardes toujours gentils……

“Patrizia war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Erstklassiger und sehr zeitnaher Service via Whatsapp. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet und ein echtes Paradies. Man spürt sofort, dass alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde und dass Patrizia sich sehr viel Mühe damit gegeben hat ein perfektes Erlebnis zu bieten. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 11 und 14 Jahre alt) haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa definitiv empfehlen. Die Villa ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für……

“Antonello ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer da wenn man ihn braucht, aber sehr diskret. Er hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man benötigt ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden und für die täglichen Einkäufe. Sassari, die 2. größte Stadt auf Sardinien, liegt 15 Autominuten entfernt. In Ossi gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und Restaurants, so dass man nicht immer bis Sassari fahren muss. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es gibt 2 Doppelzimmer……

“This home is in a great location - only 10 mins drive to the local shops and the old town of Alghero and lovely beaches. You will need a car to best enjoy the area. The hosts were and are amazing, we had an issue with a flat tyre with our car on arrival and they helped coordinate a local mobile mechanic to come and fix the issue for us within hours. The hosts even came back when the mechanic arrived to the house to ensure everything went smoothly! This support really reduced our stress levels -……

“Es war hervorragend, hier Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Zum einen die Gegend, die unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen bietet und zum anderen die Ferienwohnung... es war komplett alles da, was man braucht. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr herzige Menschen... absolut empfehlenswert, hier zu wohnen :)”

“Roberta at the front desk gave us great service and a great chat about Alghero. Everything was extremely clean and fresh. The Blue bar upstairs had excellent food and drink but they could have used another server. The only fault in cleanliness was a huge pile of cigarettes butts outside the second floor restaurant leading to the patio.A small complaint… for a great stay . Highly recommend.”
