「The beds and floors needs upgrading for certain rooms. The management was quite good and helped swap rooms but no one wants to pack and unpack! Location is good as it was a quite street and just 10/15 mins walk to Public transport.」

「The room itself was quite OK. But there was a wrong picture in Hotels.com site and the place was hard to find, even though it was near after finding it finally. Totally remote check-in procedure worked, but it really should be done 24h before, like informed. There was a helping phone number but it was wrong and didnt go anywhere. After waiting some hours I had to finally take another hotel for the first night. The breakfast was ordered and it was quite OK but it was mainly delivered after 9 am....

「Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”. They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway. 「Wasn't great, location good but air conditioning didn't work and wasted a day trying to sort it which they didn't do, had to be moved, plus there was no iron, would prob pay more to be somewhere else, but if really on a budget it's ok.」
