「Checked into first room and noticed a bad drain smell and no cold water from the tap, so asked reception after one night to change rooms. Next room on the 1st floor was better but the fridge hummed all night, so switched that off, the bed frame was so noisy, squeaking at the slightest move so had a bad night's sleep. Overall, location spot on rooms very tired and will not stay again unfortunately. 」

「This is a wonderful house, thought out to the smallest detail for the comfort of each of the guests, with a pleasant atmosphere and good aura, fabulous nature, especially when it’s snowing! Very very hospitable hosts! All attractions are close if you are by car - Dracula's Castle, the Castle of the Peles Kings, ski resorts and the city of Brasov itself is very fabulous! 「Place was ok. A bit misleading regarding the apartment layout as we were in separate rooms and shared common areas (kitchen, living room) with other tenants. The description states it has air conditioning, and it does, but only in one room so the rest of us were quite warm as there was no AC or fans in the other rooms. There also wasn’t any toilet paper…we did go to the market, but thankfully no one needed to go right away. Additionally, the TV in one of the rooms did not work. Also, check in...

「Our flight was delayed, our car booking delayed and Google got us lost up a mountain but the host persevered finding us at 1am to guide us to the villa. Adrian is a superhost for sure. He gave information, answered calls immediately, whatever I asked he provided. He even washed and polished my car as mountain dusty at bear sanctuary. "Overall, this hotel is quite good. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is also nice. We checked in late at night on March 20 due to a flight delay. The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat. The next morning, March 21, I adjusted the temperature to 24°C. But when we returned in the evening, the room was still 32°C and very uncomfortable. I called the front desk to ask if someone could check whether there was an issue with the air conditioning. The gentleman working that night was quite rude and said no one could help, and that the entire hotel was at the same temperature. We found this very hard to understand, so we requested a room change. Eventually, we were given Room 513, where the temperature was normal and we were finally able to sleep properly. We hope the hotel can fix the air conditioning in Room 232. Additionally, we found a mobile phone in the safe in Room 232, which was likely left behind by a previous guest. I handed it over to the front desk. If you see this message, you may want to contact the hotel."
