Staff was very friendly, and accommodation was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. This is a very small hotel with 4 or 5 rooms in a building with residential apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. If you are looking for clean, quiet and friendly accommodation this is a good option. It worked well for us.

Marco was super friendly and helpful. Such a cute room and property, exactly what we needed for our one-night stay! About a 12-15 minute walk to the colosseum but not in a crowded/touristy section of town. Would highly recommend if you're looking for convenient, safe, affordable stay.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was very clean and spacious, with plenty of space for our family. It was a lovely touch to have complimentary water and yogurt available for us and the kids. Raffaele was an absolute star. He was always happy to help, offered great recommendations on places to visit, and suggested some fantastic restaurants and gelato spots. His friendliness and local knowledge made our stay even more enjoyable.

Location was good and the owner was friendly and helpful. He left some complementary items in the fridge which is rare ! The space requires some upgrades. Generally we had good experience . There was a shared kitchen and coffee station that was helpful . the aircondition made noise and Bathroom wasn't in great shape ( sink counter had severak cracks , moldy shower,...) The owner was kind and helpful. Instructions to access to the unit was easy and clear.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay in the family room. There was 1 double and 2 single beds in the one room but we did not feel cramped. The staff at check in were amazing and very helpful with restaurant advice and places to see, making notes on a paper map for us. They were happy to store our bags when we checked out for the day. They provided us with water, juice and yoghurt and had a coffee station in the common area. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The property was conveniently located and the staff was extremely responsive leading up to our stay and very helpful in highlighting areas to visit and explore. Also, Raffaele was very helpful in providing an additional fan and power bar in the room to help cool down the room and charge additional devices. The one down side was our air conditioner in our room was not working particularly well so we were quite hot at night. The fan improved that on the second night although it was still hot. Otherwise, it was a great stay with helpful and kind hosts.
