A unique and unrepeatable experience in an extraordinary setting in the heart of eternal Rome. The location of Nazionale Flat is simply superlative; in Nazionale with windows on this big street, main artery of the historical center. Between the Fountain of Trevi and the Terme di Diocleziano, Piazza Venezia and Piazza della Repubblica; four cardinal points, four Roman splendors, places among those most noted worldwide, all reached within a 5 to 15 minute walk.

For the business traveler getting around is really easy. In Piazza della Repubblica, reached in only 2 minutes on foot, you can find the taxi station and the underground station line A, while in Piazza dei cinquecento (Termini) you can find a lot of Buses, national trains, etc., Termini is the real hub of the entire city. The recent renovation add a touch of preciousness. It's located on 1° floor The apartment, can accommodate up to 4 people together in the bedroom and living room. The flat is furnished with full kitchen and bathroom with shower. And is not lacking all amenities necessary for relaxing after an intense day; Air conditioning, TV, satellite, DVD, internet. On request it is possible to have an additional bed (bed linen included).

Not a dull moment

Communicated we were flying for 24h to get there and time of arrival etc. No response at first, finally told auto checkin and details to come...no problem. Arrived at airport to many messages but only gate code and address. Arrived at property, entered gate/ door. Then had to message again and only then got photos of where to go, other codes to get in etc. The apartment was beautiful but not what we rented. Ok, an explanation would have been nice. First day we return from a walk to find 3x people in apartment claiming a burst pipe had to be fixed....umm, no message to let us know from manager. We understood it was an emergency but the whatsapp group they set up could have had a message left even if we didnt see it. 2nd day....extreme machinary noise and yelling from next apartment all day ( same access as our apartment so same owner)- again no communication and no rest. Both have health problems incl severe asthma for me- apartment had dust and smoke. Then 1x toilet didnt flush, shower head clamp faulty, no tea towels. Such a beautiful place that just needed some communication and minor maintenance. Location was fantastic.

Un appartement hyper cool

Après une arrivée à Rome Aeroport un peu compliquée, restitution des bagages au bout de 2h45… nous avons signalé ce souci et notre retard plus que possible auprès de notre hôtesse d’accueil Nicola. Nous avons été super bien écoutés et suivis sur l’échange des messages. Enfin Via Nazionale, nous découvrons un appartement très sympa, spacieux et au delà du confort et de l’entretien irréprochable, super bien situé pour les déplacements vers les sites les plus fréquentés. Donc recommandation sans hésitation. Juste détail : prévoir 2 photos de votre passeport (page numéro et page photo) sur votre smartphone pour remplir votre formulaire du check-in. Merci à Fabio et Nicola pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité

Nice, convenient spot in Rome

We were happy with our stay. The location is very convenient to the train and metro stations. Our only complaint is the VRBO amenities list says there is a washer, and a dryer. However there was no dryer. We made this booking specifically because it advertised a dryer. We were able to wash our clothes, but it wrinkled our clothes so bad we had to take them to a cleaner to have them pressed, so it was no help to us. If you want to wash and air dry socks and undergarments it will be fine. However, I would not recommend using it on shirts. No amount of pulling and stretching or ironing would remove the wrinkles. The property is nice and it’s convenient. I would definitely stay again, but I would use the local laundry.

My husband and I just came back after a 5 days stay at the Bolo 8 apartment. The pictures don’t do justice. This is a very cute, very clean little place in the heart of Rome. You can’t get a better location than this. We were able to walk to all the major attractions. The management team is super nice and easy to communicate with. They were very responsive and very accommodating with our early check-in and late check-out. Thank you Nicola, Fabio and Mateo for a lovely vacation in the spectacular Rome!

Un emplacement idéal sur Rome

Mon conjoint, et moi avons été agréablement surpris de l’emplacement où nous habitions et de la facilité à circuler dans Rome. L’endroit idéal pour séjourner et être près de tout, c’est un endroit animé, un peu bruyant mais facile d’accès. Pour ce qui est de l’appartement,il est grand et ordonné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’usage de la laveuse sécheuse. Pour la cuisine, peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, mais bon on s’est arrangé . La literie était correct et propre . Pour l’air climatisé, nous n’avons pas réussi à activer la télécommande, mais il semble qu’elle soit programmée à certaines heures. Le réseau Wi-Fi a été très utile pour nous. Milieu relativement calme, pas de bruits. il serait bien d’augmenter le nombre de serviettes et de linge à vaisselle. Envisager de changer le poêlon, il manque un peu d’amour. En général, cet endroit est bien et recommandable.

Love the location. Close to the Metro and the Termini. Modern apt with everything you need. I was not able to be the washer/dryer combo does not dry our clothing, but they furnished racks which did the job.

Great location!

Flat was very convenient and centrally located. Plenty of space for extended family. Supplies were a little limited… bathroom products would have been appreciated. Leaky ceiling in bathroom. Overall nice place and super convenient.

Everything was perfect!

Can't say enough about this apartment. Its location, space, lay out, and ambiance were perfect. Its noisy, even with the window closed, being on Via Nazional but we have custom made ear plugs and so we could block out the traffic noise at night. We never did meet Fabio but Michael greeted us and gave us a informative orientation to Rome. Thank you MIchael
