Déçus

Logement bien placé et literie très confortable, ce sont les seuls points positifs. État général peut entretenu, la salle de bain a senti l’urine pendant les 4 jours que nous avons passé là bas. Et nous n’avons pas osé utilisé le frigo qui était bien encrassé. Les toilettes fuient en permanence. Environnement très bruyant. Un soir en rentrant nous avons retrouvé notre chambre non fermée à clé, et avons peu apprécié de savoir nos affaires à disposition de potentiels visiteurs. Il était indiqué dans la réservation qu’il fallait impérativement contacter l’hébergeur 72h avant d’arriver pour avoir les modalités d’arrivée, malgré nos appels et mails nous n’avons pas eu de réponse et avant pu avoir enfin un contact téléphonique quelques heures avant d’arriver. Les échanges téléphoniques étaient désagréables.

This place was awful! Stay away! Rude owner, threatened to call the police for trespassing when another renter let us in off the street. Listing stated a front desk, which is typically where you check in but there was not one. I tried calling and texting but no reply until another guest called for me, then I was yelled at for using someone else’s phone. We were “upgraded” to a suite that had something spilled on the walls as well as multiple dirty shoe prints. The kitchen had mold in the freezer, a broken tap that leaked, but they were good enough to wrap a towel around it, and there was no cooking/eating/cleaning equipment or supplies, if you were brave enough to use the kitchen!! I took multiple pictures but don’t see where I can upload them here. Trust the other honest reviews and stay away.

Upon arrival we called him to get the code for the door, and it was difficult to understand him and suddenly he said “Do you want me to just cancel the reservation since this is so hard for you to understand”. We eventually solved it, and but when I contacted him with questions he didn’t respond me. The apartment is alright but not clean. Good location though. But that is more less what it is. It was also written breakfast but be sure there are no breakfast 😊 Roma is beautiful!

The only good thing about this place honestly is the location, but the rest was awful for us. We arrived and had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check us in, and tried calling and contacting them several time with no answer (the phone numbers we found were out of service). When the host finally arrived, he started shouting at us (asking why we didn’t call, but we did call around 10 times) and talking to us in a disrespectful way as if he did not just make us wait for over an hour after all the traveling we just did. Anyway, he upgraded our room for a kitchen that we didn’t need in order to allow himself to remove our breakfast, that was supposed to be included in our stay. But considering the cleanliness of the place not eating their breakfast is a positive thing. Rooms were really dirty, extremely bad smell in the bathroom and beds were uncomfortable. Overall, bad experience here and please trust the reviews, cuz we saw them and ignored them thinking it might be just a few times. But as we noticed after discussions with other guests, this is happening to everyone that stays here. No service, horrible treatment and attitude and dirty rooms. Be aware.

There was nobody there when I checked in. You have to check in by phone. The cleaner also plays loud videos on his phone by your door to let you know he wants you to leave so he can clean. He was mad I checked out at 1050 when check out is at 11. So, the staff are bad. And there really is no staff. Nice room though.

Great place for the price. Super clean and felt safe. Staff was very kind and helped out a lot. Only problem was that the wifi did not work in our room, but that wasn’t too big of a deal!

I selected this place because it's fully refundable according to Expedia. Right after my booking, I had to change our stay from 3 to 2 days. Right after my booking, I informed the host for 1 day early check out, i.e., stay 2 days instead of 3 days. I informed the host this change nearly 1 month before our check in date, but the host still refused to refund the 1 day early check out, though he's sold the room for that day. He did not horn his own cancellation, refund policy!

Proprietario maleducato mi ha riempito di insulti al telefono per aver fatto una domanda circa il mazzo di chiavi lasciatomi nella stanza. Sarei andato via ma ho un problema di deambulazione ed ho mandato giù il boccone amaro. Umiliato da tali abusi verbali non mi sono goduto il soggiorno. Aggiungo che la stanza è rumorosa e non si dorme la notte.
