Overall, very good. Though I thought it would be closer to city centre. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Metro, then easy to get around on Metro. For me the bed was very hard. Not my preference, but this was good clean hotel.

Clean property with easy buses into tourist areas. Let down is the beds are hard and the area outside the hotel (ie. not within their control) is very dirty.

Very modern, clean and offers a big area in studio room. Close to bus station but far from metro. We loved the hotel and will go back again. I only recommend to change the spray they use in eleo, it has a strong scent .

Clean and professional establishment located conveniently near public transportation. Bus stop right outside the property and 20-30 min walk to subways. The room was so clean and comfortable. No odors, clean linens, and little kitchenette. Easy check in, staff spoke English and are very attentive. Would stay again!

Needed just one night at the last minute since our original destination cancelled on us. Out of desperation booked what we could find and was skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised. Wished there was shampoo but overall was very happy with our stay.

Great service from Aparthotel in Rome

Aparthotel helped make our stay great. They helped with a box breakfast the day we left, and helped print out some docs for the airline. Great room, great food, great service. Cannot ask for more!

The property was lovely. The staff was friendly and very patient with our fumbling Italian language efforts. It is near a bus stop with easy access to the old city center. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave, no stove anymore though. We also got the breakfast add on, all simple and delicious: scrambled eggs, bread, cooked meat, cold meats and cheese, breads, and cereals. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very hard. Some prefer it that way, I am not one of those.

Excellent staff with excellent service. Would recommend to anyone who's visiting Rome. Great location with awesome eats nearby. Very clean and spacious rooms. Despite Expedia saying there's not, there are elevators (10 floors as per front desk). Breakfast was great and had a variety of options including fresh and tasty fruit.
