The host Paolo is truly a delight, I visit Rome 3 times a year and used to stay nearby but it was sold out, and I’m glad it was as I will always stay here now. Lovely rooms, very very clean, and the air con actually works

This was a unique place. It is incredibly well located to easy access for the Vatican, and a bus stop from the Airport. I agree though that it really is their house and they’ve split up the rooms to rent out. I don’t think the air conditioner worked though I had it going. It just never got remotely cool in there. I did like having my own bathroom but I thought the price was high considering. There’s no “front desk” so you kind of have to bother the owner with any questions…including coordinating check in.

The host was great. Very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags after check out until our train time. She gave good recommendations for areas to see. Room was clean and towels were replenished daily along with trash removal. Street is a little loud but it did not keep us from sleeping. Very convenient location to metro, shopping, and restaurants

Nice place to stay, quiet and safe location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the subway. The staff were very helpful in addressing guests' needs. The interior is a bit plain; I would recommend hanging a couple of pictures to enhance the ambiance.

Good location. 5 minutes walk from Metro. You will get your own room with bathroom and share kitchen with two other rooms. You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator with drinks and in a pantry with packaged breakfast. Good room for the money. Con.: bed sheets and wall color outdated, Sparkling vine wasn't provided as it said in our room details.

Just stay away from this B&B

I stayed in this B&B for 3 days, communication and check-in was good. However, the air condition is a portable unit, it will not make the room cool. The worst is the bath room, it is dirty and hot water run out in 10 seconds every day. Complaint the hot water issue to Pablo who manage the property, he pretent suprise and promised to come and fix it, but never come back again. Just stay away from this B&B

The room was small, not very clean and the overall experience was not so great. Our AC did not work two nights of the five nights we stayed. And although, they had come to fix it both time the next day, we had to spend the night in heat. The bathroom shower randomly stopped working for a while and the internet connection was terrible. We lost internet for a whole night and was only fixed after 24 hours. The apartment was also shared with other guests. We had our own private room and washroom though. Would not recommend.
