A great experience will be one of ur best choice.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The room is clean and quiet in the evening. It's in the very centre of Rome, next to Vatican City. U can just walk to most of the attractions. Very good for shopping and food too. Will give a second stay if in Rome again.

Fantastic location, easy walk to vatican, football stadium and shopping, beautiful historic building. The flat is impeccably clean and brand new inside with all the ammenities you'd need. There is daily maid service at the flat. Luca is a gracious kind host. He was super organized for check-in and check-out. He helped with transportation to the airport and shared his knowledge for any of inquiries. Nice little touches like fresh croissants and coffee in the morning were great. There is lots of access to groceries and restaurants. The B&B has a shared kitchen that is spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Sehr netter Kontakt, hilfsbereit. Gute Lage um Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß zu erreichen - und um zwischendurch zurück zu kommen um sich zu erholen. Petersdom sehr nah. Sauber, hell, recht neuwertige Einrichtung. Frühstück ist italienisch, d.h. Kaffee und süßes Gebäck. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

Luca is the best B & B owner, help us organize our stay in Rome, the place is super clean like new, 5 minutes walk to Vatican Museum, shops and restaurants, there is a Bank right on the first floor, the best ice cream shop right at the corner, love it!!

Muy buena ubicacion.Con el dueño solo hablamos por wassap,el dueño pone 1 croasan por persona, pero el problema es que los dias 2,3y4 nos dejaban los del dia antes y esto nos molesto. El resto todo muy bien.

Cuando estoy en el B&B pongo los croissants recién hechos en la caja de pastelería, cuando no estoy el señor que los entrega temprano en la mañana los deja en el sobre, tal vez no los hayas visto y siempre los has visto. Even though we arrived pretty late after 1am, the access to the property was very easy, Luca contacted me before I gave me all details as to how enter the property, we was very proactive. This room is located a 5 minutes walk to Vatican City and Castel Sant Angelo. The room was very clean, bathroom is in excellent conditions as it was recently renovated, for solo travelers or couples this is an very good option in terms of budget and location.

This was a wonderful place to stay. You are literally right between the Vatican and Castel D’Angelo. There are shops and many restaurants, including a gelaterie on the corner. Our rooms were a clean, cool retreat from sightseeing. Luca was a great host. He arranged our taxi to the airport and was available for anything we needed. I loved the beautiful antique elevator you use to access the room. All in all, this was perfect for our family trip to Rome.

Getting to and from the room is like a scavenger hunt, you have to carry a bunch of keys to several doors. Stressful, but the building is old and charming. The towels are as thin as hankecheives and are only replaced every three days. The owner is available and supportive. The tv situations sucks. Bring a book. Free crescents for breakfast and free coffee. Access to big frig, no stove. The hood is really safe, even at night, and shopping is great, walking away from river. The best gourmet store in the world, Castroni, is close by but the owner did not bother mentioning this. He needs to create a billboard or website for local assets, but he seems frazzled. The Pratzi itself is fantastic, and we would stay here again, even here, if we cannot save enough money for a nicer place. The foam bedding is strange, but firm, and the ac works great, but still stuffy. Plenty of hot water and shower is good. It is a good deal, but if you can afford more, you might consider paying 20 bucks more a night. Yes, you pretty much get what you pay for. Finally, you can walk across the river to the pantheon, and very close to the Vatican. Walkable. If you wanna go to coliseum you will need a taxi. Finally, the owner kindly got us private ride to and from airport, 50 euros each way. Luca really is a nice man and I will remember him when I think of Roma.

Definitely recommend

Great accommodation. Clean and to a high standard. Luca the owner was friendly and informative. Definitely worth getting the limo service which is same price as a taxi from the airport. Made our trip so easy. Very near to Vatican too.

Perfect spot to be in the midst of downtown Rome!

Perfect spot in the center of downtown Rome! Easy walking to St Peter's, The Coliseum, The Forum, the Temple of Venus. We were getting up early for an audience with the Pope. It was easy to manage.Its only a 5-minute walk away. The place itself is squeaky clean and newly renovated with fabulous architectural and design features. We loved its convenience and it's comfort. Our host Luca provided us with great recommendations in Rome.

The property is neat and they clean it everyday and changes the face towels too. They provide daily breakfast with coffee for free. Every place is walkable and accessible everywhere.

Wir waren zu Ostern 5 Tage bei Luca zu Gast und können es nur wärmstes empfehlen! Luca ist ein toller Gastgeber und die Unterkunft war für einen Städtetrip ideal. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erledigen können und die tolle Lage sehr geschätzt. Das B&B ist sehr sauber und modern, wir waren sehr zufrieden und wenn es uns noch einmal in die ewige Stadt verschlägt, dann buchen wir es wieder 👍
