It’s not a hotel. An old building section converted into small room guest house. No reception. Need three different doors and codes and a final key to get into room. AC barely works. Have to request an extra fan running constantly. Room amenities minimalist. The only staff Imwe saw was a cleaning lady who was very helpful. The owner operates remotely try WhatsApp messages only.

Small but comfortable

Comfortable place, room was small for 3 people, but if you are out most of the day seeing Rome, it is okay. Friendly helpful staff... good location near Vatican, Piazza Narvona, but can be challenging to get to.. overall positive Service.

The room was a good size, great bed, very high cleanliness..But it was like living in a cellar because the room was beyond ground level in the end with windows facing the crowded road and pavement running along the Tiber. Besides there was a busstop right outside and a scaffold with working m/f
