This bed and breakfast is amazing. You would swear that you are staying in a 5 star property. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. It is located within walking distance to Vatican City. There are many great restaurants in the vicinity as well as great shopping.

This is a small, 5 or 6 rooms, B&B. Everything was very comfortable. I would say that the only downside was the hot water was off until 7:00 am. We had an early flight to catch so the cold water was a shock. Mrs Nicoleta was extremely helpful and prepared excellent breakfasts.

Location was excellent. A few blocks from the Vatican. Two blocks from metro. Breakfast was outstanding. Full breakfast brought to your room every morning. AC was quiet and efficient. Area was safe. Plenty of restaurants and stores around. Older building but nice rooms. No office, contact by phone.

You had to pre check in to this B&B, they used a system called Vikey which required you to download pictures of passports. On arrival you needed an internet connection, vikey sent you a link which you tapped to electronically open the entry door and apartment door. If you don't have internet connection you contact the owner & he sends entry codes For me a very messy system. The location was good close to metro, the room and bathroom were small, but comfortable. Bed and pillow good, bathroom relatively modern, unfortunately we had a problem with the hot water, there was none due to a breakdown in the system, the city tax was waived as compensation. Room airconditioning was good, but preset to a temperature, if yo change the system closes down. There was a bar fridge in the room. The breakfast was excellent, served in your room. You select type of eggs you want & type of coffee & toast, fruit, yoghurt, croissant & small pastry provided. Overall an ok stay.

Hola !!!!
