客房舒適,服務態度好,但只有一位服務人員,等待入住辦住辦理時間較久,交通位置離地鐵站約10分鐘,旅館附近就有公車及路上電車,很方便

Nice hotel, close to the metro station. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and great with kids. Great breakfast with the biggest Nutella we have ever seen, our daughter was excited! Colouring for kids, which was greately appreciated. Room had a lot of space and was in a good condition.

There is very little space to put anything except on the floor- including suitcases, clothing for changing in the bathroom, toiletries in the bathroom etc. the bathroom needs upgraded.

Super séjour en famille
Hôtel bien placé avec autour de l’hôtel des commerces café, snack et un Lidl pas loin à pied. La station de métro est à quelques pas à pied .Ne pas hésiter à demander une carte à l’hôtel . Le personnel est francophone et d’une très grande gentillesse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre . Il y pas mal de prise dans la chambre surtout devant le grand miroir et dans la salle de bain ce qui est un grand plus quand nous sommes plusieurs dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Petit hic quand même , malgré l’insonorisation des fenêtres on entend pas mal le bruit des sirènes , éboueurs car l’hôtel est dans l’angle d’une rue fréquentée. Je recommande tout de même car nous avons passez d’excellentes vacances.

Hotel antigo, com quarto espaçoso, box da cama com quinas na madeira (cuidado para não se machucar), aproximadamente 1,5 km de Roma Termini. Limpeza razoável, sem reposição dos itens de banheiro. A recepcionista da noite com grande dificuldade no inglês. Café da manhã cobrado a parte. Deixou a desejar por ser Best Western.

While the room was comfortable, the area around the hotel was a little "sketchy". Did not feel very safe walking around the area. Also there was the constant sound of sirens, which we later found out was because there was a hospital nearby. The hotel is not near any of the attractions, kind of out of the way. Breakfast buffet was good.

Durchschnittliches City-Hotel… Das Hotel ist von der Lage her in einem Wohngebiet, Kliniken und Universitäten, direkt an einer Kreuzung gelegen. Aber abends und nachts recht ruhig. Die U-Bahn ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und man ist innerhalb ein paar Stationen mitten im Zentrum oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Aufgrund der alten Bauweise, ist das Frühstück Restaurant im Keller, aber mit vielen Fenstern sehr hell. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber hält nicht mit anderen Hotels mit. Es gibt nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl an Belag für Brötchen und Brot. Dafür ne Menge an Kuchen und Süßkram, was wohl doch eher auf die einheimischen Italiener abgestimmt ist. Das Personal trinkt stehend neben den Gästen ihren Espresso oder Kaffee und es wird sich lautstark unterhalten. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber die komplette Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab nur 2 Steckdosen im Zimmer im Bereich des Tisches, wobei eine vom TV belegt wurde. Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Die Lampen über dem Bett sind notdürftig angebracht mit zusammen gelegtem Stromkabel. Die Fenster sind undicht und schließen nicht mehr richtig. Das Bad müsste am Boden der Duschabtrennung, aus Glas, dringend von Kalk und Schimmel gesäubert werden. Die Fußböden im Zimmer und Flur sind aus Laminat, welches sich schon zu großen Fugen verschiebt. Die Zimmertür ist undicht. Man hört alles aus dem Flur von anderen Gästen. 2 Sterne Hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were initially put in a room that was very loud (could hear traffic and the rooms next door) but they happily moved us to a much better room. Overall the hotel is in a good location, has decent facilities but the rooms could do with some maintenance and a bit of an upgrade.

Et par dager i Roma. Ca 6 min å gå til metroen. Hotellet helt greit for overnatting. Litt skuffet over at resepsjonisten glemte å bestille taxi før avreise. Heldigvis god tid så alt gikk bra
