Air conditioner didn’t work, setting up room hard to get anybody to answer the phone. They did set up airport shuttle nice, once we arrived and staff showed up they were very nice and accommodating

Very friendly staff. They went above and beyond, they were able to help my wife recover her wedding ring that went down the sink and it made our trip. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. The shower was the best one that we had on this trip.
