Great location

Staff was super friendly and responsive. Check in was super easy. It is in a great neighborhood with all the conveniences right downstairs.

Du pour et du contre

Un emplacement qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied, le reste en bus. Un quartier calme mais immeuble sonore. Situé près d'une superette- c'est pratique. L'appartement est vétuste ( les photos donnent une illusion de modernité) et le ménage de fond n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps ( canapé taché, rideaux et lampe poussiéreux), Asthmatiques s'abstenir. Si les plomb sautent la nuit car vous avez froid ( vous mettez le chauffage d'appoint prévu à cet effet), il faut descendre derrière l'accueil pour trouver la salle du compteur. Equipe Roma gérant à distance avec sympathie. Pour nous, l'appartement est un souvenir mitigé.

Fantastic location

Communication was beyond great. They tried to work with our early arrival. Someone was checking out the day we arrived, so they moved up our check in time as much as they could, which they didn’t have to do. In addition they arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us to the flat. The fee charged was less than the taxi we took when we checked out and went to the airport. It is a great service they offer! We stayed here for close to a week, it was my wife and I, and our grown daughter. We really liked the flat, it is perfectly located. We walked to most of the touristy areas. So the location is amazing. In addition you can roll out of bed in the morning and take the elevator to the lobby and turn right outside the building and you are just steps away from an amazing bakery. We spent every morning there! Cappuccinos and pastries are also reasonably priced. Phenomenal restaurants are just blocks away. Prepare to gain a pound or two—the food is fantastic. There is a grocery store adjacent to the lobby if you feel like grabbing food and eating inside, which we did a couple of times. Our daughter was a trooper and slept on the pullout couch which is never all that great. But we knew that going in. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this an 11 for what we were looking for. Comfortable place in a perfect location with a devoted renter helping us to navigate our first time in Rome.
