Positives: beautiful home, clean and spacious. 10 mins walk from metro station. Host proactively reached out before check-in.
Negatives:
No front desk or reception, self check-in could be painful when it's not working properly. There's no person on-site. Despite host called to help, it's still quite inconvenient.
No elevator.
Plumbing issue. Shower drains REALLY slowly, I had to stop every 20 seconds for water to drain otherwise it would flood the bathroom. I stayed at the property for two days and informed the host about the situation first night. The plumbing issue wasn't resolved during my entire stay.
There's a club/bar in the area. If you're sensitive to noise, it could be troubling.
