We stayed here for 3 nights. We really like the location, it’s basically across the street from trastevere station! That made using public transportation really easy. The room was very clean. Davide communicated well, explained the check in process as well as how to find the b&b. We would stay here again!

Davide was an excellent host for this very cozy stay and made sure we were taken care of! This was right near the train station in a nice area and within walking distance of the major sights-to-see. A great stay at a reasonable price for those wanting to avoid huge tourist crowds!

Best guest house

This is one of the best guest houses I have experienced. Very clean, convenient, quiet, and really comfortable. Our host welcome us with nice English. WiFi is good as well, and I can manage my zoom meeting during my stay.

We were met when we arrived by Davide. He helped us up stars to the guesthouse and oriented us to the available amenities. There are three rooms that share a kitchen. He was quick to answer any inquiries by email. The location was very convenient. We were close to the train, bus and team and had easy access to all of Rome. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close.

Fantastic experience. Very kind host, very nice appartment, very good location (not in the chaos but still close to everything, especially to the train). Will definetly come back here!

The property was easy to find and close by the train stop. The host Davide was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, water pressure was good water temperature was great and the AC worked great. So glad we stayed here. The only thing is that there is no elevator but our host carried our check-in luggage up the 3 flights of stairs.

Very nice, with everything you could need. Very clean and quiet despite the window facing the street. Davide is very attentive, helpful and takes really good care of his guests. The location may be a little far from the center of Rome, but is very accessible by public transport (only a few minutes) or even on foot. Would choose this place again without hesitation.

Davide is wonderful, and this small hotel is surprisingly swanky given the location and price. 2 min from Trastevere Station, and Davide can help bring up your bag. Very quiet, comfortable bed and good AC. I loved the shared kitchen with bottles of water and excellent coffee and snacks. Only 8 euros from the airport and a good base to take the #8 tram right to the historic center of Rome (and trams now have tap on board so no need for advance tix). I will stay here again 😊

A slightly rough and heavy traffic area. Pay off is so close to Trastevere station and easy to and from airport (only 8 euros). Very friendly and spotless place. Only 3 rooms I think and up 3 flights of stairs. They will help you though …

Ottimo soggiorno, host super gentile disponibile e reattivo, é venuto incontro a tutte le nostre richieste, super! Camera e struttura molto pulite e super rifornite, anche grazie alla cucina e che presenta tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, zona super top, a 2 passi la domenica c’è anche il mercato di porta portese, sono veramente soddisfatta del mio soggiorno. Peccato giusto per la mancanza di ascensore, la struttura è al terzo piano, giusto quello un po scomodo ma per il resto nulla da dire, grazie mille!

La stanza era pulitissima e ben arredata, letto molto comodo. C'è anche una comodissima cucina con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario é estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e informazione. La posizione è comodissima per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici, vicinissima a ottimi bar e ristoranti.
