Nearby there are two important green and naturalistic areas: the Monte Ciocci Urban Park, crossed by a pedestrian and bicycle path, and the Pineto Urban Regional Park. The latter is a large nature reserve, a habitat for various animal species and rich in Mediterranean and sub-Apennine vegetation. Passing the famous Astronomical Observatory and arriving at the Zodiac lookout, located on a promontory, where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the city.

In the neighbourhood there are numerous places to eat, drink or enjoy an aperitif.
On entering the house, one enters directly into the living room with the kitchenette through a small entrance hall. The sleeping area with the two bathrooms is located along a wide corridor as you enter the house to the right. The hallway is equipped with a large closet. The apartment has internal facing.

The apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning system. The building has a concierge service.

The living room has a sofa bed(one person), television corner , a pouf and a dining table with 5 chairs. Lamps, mirrors and paintings complete the living room furniture.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160cm x 200cm), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a desk with its chair, the second bedroom has two single beds (80cm x 200cm) that can be united to mahe a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a clothes hanger and a desk with its chair. Both bedrooms have a television mounted on the wall.

The kitchen is a kitchenette in the living room and is complete with a stove, oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker (nespresso), cutlery and crockery for six people.

One of the bathrooms has sanitary ware and a walk-in shower, and the washer/dryer is located in the bathroom. The second bathroom has sanitary ware and a bathtub.
