If I could give more stars I would! What a beautiful unique place! the staff was like a family & took such good care of us. For dinner they went to their garden & brought back fresh vegetables to cook for us ONLY! It was magical & a beautiful escape from busy Rome! I will definitely go again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Esperienza estremamente negativa. Il soggiorno è costato 181,31 €. Successivamente mi sono stati addebitati ulteriori 350 € per un danno a un elemento in pietra del lavandino che contesto fermamente di aver causato. In pratica, un soggiorno da 181 € è arrivato a costare oltre 530 €. Ho chiesto fotografie prima e dopo il soggiorno, fatture, copia delle condizioni sottoscritte e documentazione relativa all’autorizzazione degli addebiti. Al momento sto ancora aspettando quanto promesso dalla struttura. La gestione della contestazione è stata, a mio parere, ancora più spiacevole: mi è stato comunicato che, se non avessi “cambiato atteggiamento”, avrebbero potuto richiedermi anche trasporto, manodopera ed eventuali spese legali, chiedendomi infine di non “intasare” la loro chat. Anche la piscina è stata una grande delusione. Ci aspettavamo tranquillità e relax, considerato il posizionamento e il costo della struttura, ma abbiamo trovato tuffi, confusione e persino gare in acqua, senza interventi del personale presente. Dopo poco più di un’ora abbiamo preferito andarcene. Consiglio vivamente a chi soggiorna qui di fotografare e filmare ogni dettaglio dell’alloggio sia all’arrivo sia alla partenza. Personalmente non tornerei e non consiglierei questa esperienza.
