Don't stay here...

Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually).

Comfort e serenità

Dovendo recarci a Roma, ed in particolare nella zona della Flaminia, con regolarità il Fleming Suites è diventato un punto fermo nei nostri soggiorni romani. Per vari motivi. Innanzitutto la praticità e la disponibilità nelle operazioni di check-in, poi per la tranquillità della location ed infine per il comfort delle stanze. In definitiva, sembra di essere nella propria casa.

Appartamento in zona residenziale molto carina. Servizi in stanza Di ottimo livello. Apprezzato il bollitore e snack per veloci colazioni. Arrivando in auto Purtroppo l’assenza di parcheggi pubblici ha causato disagio.... ma questo non è da imputare ai titolari dell’allora

La mia esperienza è stata positiva nel complesso. Il titolare è molto disponibile. La zona è tranquilla con molti servizi a disposizione. Non essendo però una zona turistica, ma piuttosto residenziale, è difficile trovare ristoranti aperti la domenica sera, meglio quindi spostarsi in Corso di Francia (5 minuti a piedi), oppure verso la zona di Ponte Milvio rimanendo sempre su via Flaminia (10 minuti a piedi) dove sarà possibile trovare più offerta anche di domenica sera. L'unica pecca è secondo me la mancanza della prima colazione. Nelle camere è comunque presente il bollitore per potersi preparare un tè oppure un caffè con bustina solubile, e dei biscottini, fette biscottate più marmellata. Buona la pulizia.

Unsure if this hotel should be called a hotel!

Check in at this place was a nightmare. We got there at about 7 and the receptionist had to call another office for us to check in. While we were waiting a lady came in and was yelling at the receptionist. He then takes us upstairs to the rooms and to pay. After 20 attempts to charge my credit card I left to get cash. Paid cash and at first was told I couldn't get a receipt. Another call to the other office I get a receipt. Rest of the stay was ok but feels like it's an apartment complex that someone bought four rooms together to rent out as a hotel. Bus stop near by that takes you to the train station and an awesome pizza place down the street.

Frühstück war ein schlechter Scherz

Man zahlt für Frühstück, bekommt aber lediglich einen Mini-Wasserkocher mit Instant-Kaffee/Cappuccino-Pulver zum selbst aufbrühenen. Zum Essen liegen im Zimmer - pro Person - eine Packung Zwieback (2 Stück), ein abgepacktes Croissant (handflächengröße u. pappsüß) und eine Packung Marmelade bereit. Messer - Fehlanzeige!!! Sauberkeit - naja... Für Teenies und Studenten mit minderem Buget - für 2 - 3 Nächte - schon in Ordnung. Ansonsten nicht zu Empfehlen!

Il diamante nell'erba

Il Fleming suite è il posto che non ti aspetti dove meno te lo aspetteresti. Situato a un chilometro o poco più da Ponte Milvio, con ottimi accessi a ristoranti e locali notturni è un posto tranquillo con un eccellente livello di servizi. Da consigliare sensa dubbio alcuno!

E' un buon bed and breakfast considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Di giorno è un pò difficile trovare un parcheggio, ma di sera si può trovare facilmente.
