The apartment is 40 square meters, divided into two spacious and the bathroom, just renovated, with design elements, essential and comfortable, has everything you need. You enter in the living room with satellite TV and wifi, immediately to the left of the kitchen area, equipped with electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all you need to cook in comfort, it also provided a basic breakfast, toast Fetet, cereals, jams, yogurt. The living room has a comfortable new sofa and bed, with mattress of 18 cm. The large, bright room has a double bed with memory foam mattress, spacious wardrobe with two doors and drawers, console Sarteba, large mirror, side tables, lamps, hangers. the two environments can be kept open to loft or separate with sliding door. The bathroom with shower head and hand shower from above, also offers hair dryer, toiletries, and towels. The property is located in a beautiful courtyard of a historic building of 1934 with concierge. At the exit of the main gate you can see the Colosseum on the left. Just outside is a historical butcher who sells only meat of excellent quality. A deli, bakery. A bar booby left, a fruit store. Alongside a Top Bike where you can rent bikes for rides and excursions. A laundry room, the central area offers everything, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.

Maddalena was a delightful host. She was extra helpful to us. The apartment was everything we needed for our short stay. All was available nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer.
