Es difícil de encontrar, porque No es un hotel como tal!! Es un departamento que alguien dividido en habitaciones, si bien cuenta con lo necesario para pasar unos días en Roma, lo que le resta puntos es que no ponen shampoo ni jabón ni ninguna amenidad y cuando te quieres bañar o lavar las manos sorpresa!! Y el recepcionista que siento que es el dueño te dice que ya no ponen porque la gente se queja del Tipo de shampoo etc, cosa que se me hizo ilógico, si no sales de la habitación a las 11 am no te garantizan la limpieza. Si vas solo o en pareja está bien, si vas en familia te quedará pequeño y hay que subir maletas por unas pequeñas escaleras ya que si bien el complejo está en el primer piso tienes que subir un par de ellas.

Odalarda yerler fayans olduğu için yerler çok soğuk, terlik yok, ayakkabıyla dolaştık. Banyoda şampuan yok. TV eski model smart değil, italyanca bilmediğimiz için odada TV olmasının bir anlamı olmadı bizim için. Odamız girişte olduğu için sabahları konuşma seslerinden erken uyanmak zorunda kaldık. Bunların dışında herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

This was the most horrible experience i ever had . For everyone how are interested in booking this hotel , please read my review first before confirm your booking to this hotel… i have booked this hotel and paid in advance via a credit card a month before my travel. After I arrived there, I was shocked that all the rooms were sold out and there was no room for me. At first they took the tax amount from me and then they told me that there were no rooms. Then they sent me to a another hotel, and I stayed there for three days. It was Hotel disgusting hotel , the electricity was’nt working and there was no place to charge the phone. The bathroom is constantly leaking water , and the noises are very annoying. The hotel’s elevator was very old and you could not use it, so I had to use the stairs more than once. It was a bad experience and I do not advise anyone to book the hotel because they will take your money and then tell you there are no rooms when you arrive and sending you to another hotel.

The hotel was very clean. We were able to communicate with the hotel through Expedia. We arrived late, but check in was easy. It was conveniently located, we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Not happy with our stay
Unfortunately, it was not the stay we hoped for. We were supposed to sleep there for three nights, but for the first two nights we were placed on a hard and painful sofa bed in a living room. This was far from what we had booked, and it wasn't a hotel room either. Tiny room and no window at all. The staff also didn't speak English so it was impossible for us to explain our dissatisfaction. We avoided paying tourist tax of €42, but it was nowhere near the compensation we should have received. Otherwise a clean hotel, and very central. But it doesn't help when they overbook and instead charge full price to place guests on a sofa.

Centrally located. High ceilings and large rooms. Recently renovated. View of courtyard. Very close to shopping and dining choices. D’Angelo is our daily breakfast spot nearby! Very popular for expresso , pastries and vegan cookies & vegetarian dishes. All major attractions easily walkable. Front desk gentleman is a very happy Italian who loves his job.

We didn’t like this hotel. In fact, it didn’t even look like a hotel, so it was hard to find. It consisted of about a dozen rooms on the bottom floor of a large building. There was no lobby, just a small room with desk, computer, and a man who seemed to be there for only a few hours a day. Our room was very small, the bed was hard as a rock, and there was no window in the room, so we had no outside light. The bathroom was a good size, but the shower was half glass and half curtain that didn’t fit well, so the floor was wet after each shower. On a positive note, our room was very clean.

We had the most amazing time at Elide Garden! The owner went above and beyond, letting us check in during the morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. This made our stay incredibly delightful, leaving us well-rested and ready to conquer the city in the evening. I can't express enough how fantastic this place is – situated perfectly between the train station and all the major attractions. It's hands down one of the wonderful places to stay in Rome!

The property was closed to Roma Termini, the central station. Rino the staff was very friendly despite some language barrier, he really tried his best to communicate. The room was clean and newly renovated, we stayed at the ground level next to the reception.

Ideal location/price
For the price we paid it was in a great location within walking distance to all land marks! Great little places to eat and super markets on and around the surrounding streets! The hotel its self is basic but very clean and always had our room cleaned daily, staff was very helpful and accommodating would highly recommend
