Wonderful stay!
We appreciated this place and the hosts Marco and Emanuella so very much. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, and the hosts are so kind and helpful. We stayed here 2 years ago and when we decided to visit Rome again there was no question that this is where we wanted to stay again. And once again, it was perfect!

Eine tille Wohnung an einem sehr schönen Ort
Es war vom "Buchungs-Klick", bis zur Abreise, ein wunservoller Aufenthalt! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert und war immer top und zuverlässig. Auch als während des Aufenthaltes, Fragen auftauchten, wurden diese schnell,freundlich und nützlich beantwortet. Der hauseigene Blog lässt so gut wie keine Fragen offen und bietet tolle und ausführliche Informationen für Shopping / Ausflüge / Restaurants etc.. Auch eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahezeuge konnten wir nutzen (230V, 10A, Schuko) ist vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Hausverantwortliche, war vom Ersten Moment an super sympathisch und professionell. Die Begrüssung und Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes waren auch hier, ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und familiär gefühlt und sagen grazie 1000, dass wir unseren traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Euch verbringen durften. Tanti saluti D.&R.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Man hatte immer die Möglichkeit mit den vermietern zu kommunizieren. Die uneinsichtige Dachterrasse war ein sehr schönes Highlight.

Sehr schönes, individuelles Feriendomozil
Die Villa Stauder liegt auf einem Hang mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Ebene vor dem Meer. In der Ferne ist es auch zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Hit ist die Terrasse. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Momente verbracht. Insbesondere Abends haben wir den Ausblick genossen. Die Gastegeber waren sehr nett und haben uns ausführliche Tipps für die Umgebung und die Ausflüge gegeben. Sogar in schriftlicher Form. Da die Villa Stauder abgelegen liegt ist ein KFZ unbedingt erforderlich. Der Ort Genzano di Roma liegt ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Der Bahnhof etwa 7 km, wichtig für die Ausflüge nach Rom. Es gibt eine sehr gute Anbindung und Rom ist stressfrei zu erreichen. Zum Meer nach Anzio sind es 35- 40 Minuten. Wer individuell und abseits der hektischen Touristenhochburgen Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

Das Haus und die Eigentümer entsprachen in vollem Umfang den Beschreibungen. Alles war vorbildlich!!
Sehr freundlicher Empfang . Auf dem Tisch ein Willkommensgruß ( Korb mit Obst, Pasta und Wein; im Kühlschrank Mineralwasser und Milch). Durch den Hausherrn wurden wir auf die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung ausreichend aufmerksam gemacht. Eine ausführliche Infomappe lag in der Wohnung bereit. Das Haus entsprach all unseren Erwartungen. Darüber hinaus fanden wir, ( ansonsten leider sehr selten) vor den Fenstern zum größten Teil Fliegengitter vor.!!!!!!!!!!! Nach den stressigen Ausflügen nach Rom ( mit der Bahn sehr angenehm zu erreichen) , konnten wir in der Villa Stauder abendliche Ruhe genießen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
