This was a nice stay in a great location! The staff was really nice and the room was very nicely renovated and clean! The room was a bit small but otherwise, this is a great place to stay!
Everything was wonderful, location, and breakfast was amazing, Glen is very kind and friendly at breakfast area. Wish the reception area was bigger than what it is but other than that it was a great experience
This my first time staying at this hotel. My travel mates have stayed here previously. The location is absolutely perfect, central to everything. We loved it and would stay here again
The room is large enough and had places to put suitcase/large wardrobe. Bathroom very small but no problem there. Large breakfast options. Great location for shopping and restaurants. We will stay again!!!
Location, location, location! Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. If you’re looking for a room with a view, however, you’ll need to upgrade your room. I *thought* I did, but the window in my room was frosted because it faced the mechanical plant… good thing it was just a place for sleeping and showering.
Small hotel but with a great location. Staff was helpfull and friendly. Room was ok, clean. Shower was very small. Elevator (was very very small). Not perfect bit good if you will soend your days exploring Rome. It is a good place to sleep, felt safe amd is surrounded by different stores and restaurants.
Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming which made our stay even better. The location was perfect- so close to everything and made getting around and exploring incredibly easy.
Everything about our experience was wonderful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. I will 100% stay here for my next trip to Rome and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish!
Our rooms were located in the annex building. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. A concern was that while our room key was required to enter the annex building for security purposes, many times during day and every night, the door was left wide open. No person was at the small desk inside. Leaving a traveler feeling a vulnerable. The location was great to access many of the incredible sites in Rome!
Location is amazing for sightseeing and shopping, if you’re so inclined, and the room was a great size with comfy beds.
Great selection at breakfast but the only drawback would be no other food offerings in the hotel but again there are some great options nearby. There’s also no air con in the stairway so if you have to do the stairs in August be prepared to sweat a little…
Location is very centered from bus stops and shops but quiet at night. They have breakfast for a fee which we didn’t opt for since we went out every day, the rooms were clean, front desk staff was always helpful and kind, onsite bar is nice to use for when you just want a few drinks and night in. They have a small working elevator! The only thing I was missing was an iron for my clothing which I think you can ask for (I didn’t). My only actually complaint is that they seem to be renovating some rooms so 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed we were awoken by 8 am to the sounds of saws and hammering.
