The front desk staff were incredible. Gave me wonderful suggestions for restaurants, even arranging for a restaurant to surprise me with a special birthday dessert. Breakfast is incredible. Beautiful view ftom my top floor room. Excellent location.

The location, staff, and rooms were wonderful. The layout of the room was spacious, comfortably fitting my family of five in two rooms. The location is central and most of the famous sites are easily within walking distance. The only drawback is the single elevator in the building, but a minor flaw in an otherwise wonderful property.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. The check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff's genuine warmth and attention to detail. I have to give a special mention to Jorge who was fantastic. He was polite, professional and a real asset to the hotel. We also met one of the owners who was down to earth and asked on both occasions how our stay was. The hotel is very conveniently located to all shops, restaurants and historical landmarks. I will definitely stay again at this hotel when we return to Rome.

This experience was outstanding. This small, boutique hotel has been completely refurbished. The rooms and decor were wonderful, the AC was perfect. Best, the views from the Rooftop, allowed us to see the city while we enjoyed refreshments. The breakfast that is included has everything you could want. Thank you! We hope to be back.

Let me start by saying this was a great choice! Their breakfast options were perfect! The staff was great! It’s in the middle of the main attractions. Be ready to walk in Rome, doesn’t matter where you stay. But if you want something with a good breakfast option and close to your main point of interest this is it!

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from. There are lots of dinner options around the area and a lovely rooftop bar. The staff is kind, helpful and help you enjoy your stay.

My wife and I stayed with the hotel for our trip to Rome on our honeymoon. Both the hotel itself and its staff were excellent. The concierge team were incredibly helpful through every step of our stay. From coordinating shuttle to and from the airport to suggesting and reserving dining options, it can’t be overstated how taken care of we felt during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying with the hotel again on our next trip to Rome.
