Initially, we offered complimentary fresh orange juice as part of our commitment to delivering an exceptional breakfast experience. Our dedication to supporting local producers and ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, locally-sourced items, such as artisanal Italian cured meats, freshly baked croissants from a local bakery, and pastries from a nearby pastry shop, remains a key focus for us.However, we recently faced a situation where some guests were not considerate of others and consumed all the available oranges, which unfortunately made it impossible for other guests to enjoy our delightful freshly squeezed orange juice. What's important to note is that our staff was purchasing up to 20 kilograms of oranges daily, only to find unused glasses of juice, leading to significant wastage of this fresh and high-quality product. This situation was not in line with our mission of environmental responsibility and sustainability.After careful consideration, we debated whether to discontinue the service or maintain it with a symbolic fee. Ultimately, we decided to introduce a simbolic nominal fee, equivalent to half the market price, with the intention of regulating usage and ensuring that all guests have access to this service while still preserving the quality and uniqueness of our breakfast offerings.We sincerely hope that despite this change, your stay with us was enjoyable, and that you felt comfortable during your visit. However, we observed that your guest chose not to proceed with the registration, retrieving their ID and deciding against staying. We respected this decision and bid them a cordial farewell, as is our custom.We would like to emphasize that our hotel respects the sexual orientation of all our guests and does not differentiate or discriminate based on this. We are not privy to the personal details of our clients' lives, including their sexual orientation.
