极佳的入住体验
超级棒的入住体验，酒店居然有很多中国元素。距离公交站和Eculid地铁站很近，早餐超级棒。服务人员超nice。稍显不足的是房间稍稍小了一些。

The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The hotel did not have an accessibility for people that are disabled example was the bathtub There were no barriers for a person to hold onto. The TV was not a smart TV only had one English Channel, which was the news. The breakfast was always the same. There’s no change up for each day. It was either scrambled eggs or bacon. The bacon was barely cooked and soaked in oil. The air conditioner was not working and it got warm in the room. When taking a shower there was no fan, so when your done everything is fogged and full of moisture also there’s no shower curtain, so all the water went on the floor which is unsafe as I did slip. When charging our phones over night, when shutting the lights off to sleep it shot all the receptacles so our phones couldn’t charge. Not having access to the coffee machine till a certain time, having to pay 10 euros for 2 coffees. The mattress was very hard and the pillows very flat.

Loin du centre-ville et non adapté à une famille
Un peu loin du centre-ville. Il faut une quinzaine de minutes en bus pour arriver au centre. Aucune aide apportée pour monter la poussette et les valises car j'étais seule avec des enfants et il y'a des escaliers devant et dans l'hôtel! Salle de bain trop petite, surtout pour une famille. Idem pour l'ascenseur. Impossible d'y rentrer à 2, or nous étions 4 dont 3 petits enfants ! Nous avons été envahi par des guêpes pendant le petit-déjeuner et nous n'en avions pas pu profiter. Le jeune monsieur au petit déjeuner était d'une nonchalance et ne sait pas accueillir. Aucun "bonjour " Je lui ai demandé plusieurs fois de nettoyer la table mais il ne l'a jamais fait! Cest une jeune demoiselle qui l'a fait promptement suite à ma demande. La jeune dame et le monsieur à l'accueil m'ont aidé en m'indiquant comment aller en ville et au colisée. Merci pour ça !

Good value, pleasant stay, a few technical issues
Overall, our visit was good. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional, the room was clean and stylish (albeit a bit smaller than we were expecting) and the location, while further out from the city than we would ideally opt for, was in a safe, tidy neighbourhood with good access to the local parks and with Uber Black range. The main points of criticism would be the broken lift (we almost got stuck on the first day in a fairly dilapidated elevator, which wouldn’t open on our level before sinking to the basement level and letting us out there) and a lack of functioning air conditioning in our room (as far as I can tell, the icons on the display were flashing, indicating that there was no water in the a/c system). In any case there was no instruction manual available to help me use it and the room was a bit stuffy, even in late April/early May (I hope they get it fixed for midsummer). Overall however, it was a pleasant stay for a bank holiday weekend, at a time when many similar or inferior properties were going for a lot more money.

Camera doppia piccolissima posta nella depandance, ( sul sito non era specificato che fosse nella depandance dell hotel) posta al piano terreno. La finestra si affacciava direttamente sul marciapiede e alle 4 del mattino un gruppo di ragazzi si e’ fermato a parlare e scherzare per un ora proprio sotto la mia finestra impedendomi di dormire. Temevo addirittura che potessero entrare dentro la stanza. Inoltre dalla stanza attigua si sentiva urlare forte e sbattere le porte fino a tarda notte Praticamente è stato impossibile dormire!

Beautiful location in the heart of Parioli. The only downside is that the restaurant is closed every Sunday and if it ia open, there is always a private event. The staff was incredible and the rooms were lovely as well.

L'albergo ha parti comuni deliziose ma piccole. Anche la nostra stanza era piccola ma arredata con molta cura. Il problema però è stato che, senza che questo fosse indicato in fase di prenotazione, la stanza era in quella che l'albergo definisce una dependance e che in concreto affaccia su un rumoroso cortile adibito a parcheggio. Inoltre la prenotazione indicava come orario del check in le 14:00 mentre in reception ci è stato detto che erano le 15.00 e che questo era quanto indicato in ogni strumento di comunicazione usato dall'albergo (ma evidentemente non Expedia...).

Ich hatte nach ruhigen Zimmer mit Ausblick gebeten. Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock neben der Aircontioner Pumpe unterm Dach mit schmalen Fenstern aus denen man raus sehen könnte wenn man stand.

Favorite hotel in Rome. Beautiful rooms, super nice staff and very cosy. The neighborhood is non touristy Parioli, a beautiful 35 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo, the beginning of the historic center.

Our stay in Hotel Degli Aranci
Our 4-night stay in hotel Degli Aranci was magnificent. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, kind and helpful. Our room was very clean. We had clean towels every day. Morevover, the breakfast was ricj and tasty. The only negative comment is the high temperatue in the rooms (26-27 celsius degrees), that can be fixed.

Comfortable hotel in the outskirts of the Center
I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Degli Aranci. The location is in a pretty posh area, connected by a few busses and trams, though I ended up walking mostly (like 30-45 Mins to the center) since the public transport is so unreliable in Rome. The breakfast was pretty good, had a selection of fruit, baked good, cereal and hot eggs and sausages. The room itself was pretty small but cozy and comfortable. The gym is pretty small (probably 2-3 can firt there at a time) but was enough for a decent workout, plus it had a jacuzzi and a small sauna room, which is always nice. The service was alright, though I was annoyed that for some reason they kept on asking me what room I'm at since it did not appear they asked the other guests, and only during checkout they decided to ask for the city tax, when I was already in a rush to go to my taxi (they should do that at check in). The only real minus is the lift, it's extremely slow and small (maybe 3 in shape people could fit there at a time). Overall I would stay here again, since I did like the facilities and the area and it is good value for the price (about 50 USD a night)
