I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times as a budget traveler and I highly recommend! The staff are the kindest, it’s a convenient location, and overall an excellent experience!
According to the price everything was great starting from the comfort to breakfast and receptionists , the bathrooms were small but nothing they can do because after all it’s a small hotel at a convenient spot to too many things.
Great value hotel for a budget stay in Rome. Access to all transport and plenty of street parking and a reasonable overnight garage parking. Super value breakfast.
We stayed here for 5 nights, our second time in Rome. The hotel is not far from Termini and a tube station. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We left behind my iPad and they sent us a message so we returned to collect it, I really appreciate this! The hotel overall was very clean and we had a pleasant stay. The nearby restaurant Taverna dei migliori is excellent.
Property was nice. Staff great. Area had a lot of tagging a little rough...but had no issues

Staff were helpful and polite.
Continental breakfast was excellent value.
Very handy for its location too Rome central station but the downside to that was the area was dirty.
Excellent restaurant within 200m of hotel.
We would stay again but ask for a larger bathroom on next visit.
Excellent value for the price.

It’s convenient, clean and air conditioned that’s good!
But the bed is awful! It’s tiny, uncomfortable, and the mattress OMG it will give you a backache!
Very nice and comfortable family-run hotel. We got to the hotel about 2 hours early and extremely tired after driving all morning and they let us check-in early with no issues. It’s clean, quiet, and only about a mile walk from the Coliseum. The only issue we had was the WiFi. It was too slow. Normally I wouldn’t care, but our cell phone service was already bad in that area so I was relying on the WiFi to work. Other than that, highly recommend this place!
small, clean, walkable hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative point is about wi-fi service. It works at reception area but it did not work in the room.
It's a good place to rest after waking all day long, I must say that the room is cold at night and no one told me if the room has o hasn't calefaction. The first night I went to the reception desk to buy a bottle of water and the person in charge was so serious. When you're tourist you need to feel warm, I mean to treat with friendly people.
I love this property!
The outdoor patio is probably the best feature, room was clean and a decent size for Europe. Staff very friendly and helpful with exception of the young man that works overnight. He could use a few lessons in customer service. Please and thank you go away very long way young man.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Very small undecorated room. No coffee maker, micro, phone or iron. Fridge way too small
Quiet, nice view of cortyard, decent location. Expected a three star accomodation, but 2- star closer to the truth. Not the room advertised in the photo, with balcony spacious. TV erratic, barely functioned.
The elevator was broken, it claimed no elevator so... I guess we weren't out anything there. A piece fell off of the bathroom flush mechanism a few times. We just left it on the floor in the bathroom in the end. Couldn't quite figure out how to turn the air conditioning on well enough. Staff was helpful and kind. Some communication issues, but very nice and helpful. Neighborhood didn't feel great... but I got that feeling around most of Rome.

Good location. 15 min walk to Termini station.
Felt like the hotel needed a 'maintenance check'. Only minor things. eg toilet seat loose, shower leaked at the base of the shower screen.
Wifi was very weak and we were unable to get the TV to work.
But overall it was a good stay. Comfy bed, good size room for Rome, daily house keeping and welcoming staff available 24hrs. Numerous cafes and restaurants are close by for meals and the area felt safe. Laundry close by too.
The property was much older and more run-down than shown in the photos when I booked. They first took me to a very dark, outdated room that looked nothing like what I had reserved. I showed them the photos from my booking, and they told me that the room I expected was on the other side of the hotel, which apparently has no elevator. But the side they gave me also had no elevator, so I asked to be moved. The second room was slightly better, but still far from satisfactory.
The only positive was the location, about a 10-minute walk to the metro, which made getting around easier. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
The place was nice and clean and very good location. I recommend this place.

You pay for what you get, if you are used to very nice four star hotels, you are not gonna like it. Beside that everything works, the team is really nice also. Very practical if you don't wanna spend a lot of money on hotels.
