Spacious, comfortable and bright newly renovated apartment in the heart of Rione Monti, one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city.

Enjoy your Roman vacations with every comfort in the relaxation offered by this quiet apartment just a few steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. A place to feel at home having the eternal city at your feet.

The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator.



The spacious apartment consists of a large and bright living area and an independent kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are optimal to give the guest well-deserved privacy. To top it off, the two harmonious and lively bathrooms are perfect for allowing the guest complete relaxation.

Excellent location

We stayed for 5 days amd nights. Excellent walking location to many sites. The only downside to the propwrty was on 1 air conditioner in the apartment

Wonderful Accomodation and location.

Great Location

Its a great location, just minutes from the Coliseum and the Palatine Hill and many other great sites/sights.Check in process was good - our airport train was broken so it was a later arrival time but Federico stayed around and was cheerful.Some small negatives: E.g. broken dishwasher on arrival and also broken sink plug. No place to take trash, front door lock super hard to work, limited then no responses via text. Small stuff. But if home cooking important to you, probably best to check if things are working first.
